What to put in the email

If it is about a purchase, the email address you bought with is all we need to find you — no order number required. If a file will not open, tell us what you are reading it on. If a card is wrong, tell us the word and what is wrong with it; that email goes straight to the top of the pile.

Press, bulk copies, translation

Same address. Say what you have in mind and we will answer honestly about whether we can do it.

A warning worth repeating

We will never ring you out of the blue, ask for a one-time password, ask for remote access to your computer, or ask you to pay to fix a problem with a book you already own. If somebody does any of that in our name, it is not us — forward it to hello@stillambitious.shop.
