The promise
Thirty days, no questions
If the book is not what you hoped, write one line and the money goes back. You do not have to explain, return anything, or delete the files first.

What you get back
The full amount you paid, to the same card or PayPal account. There is no restocking fee, no partial refund and no proration. If you bought the $29 Volume 1, you get $29 back.
How long it takes
We start the refund the same day we read your email, and we read email every day. Once it is sent, the money moves at your bank's pace: five to ten working days for a card, usually faster for PayPal. That part is out of our hands, and we will tell you the day it leaves.
The thirty days
Counted from the moment your receipt is issued. Ask on day thirty and it is honoured. Ask on day forty and we will almost certainly still say yes, because a person who is unhappy with a book should not be arguing about a calendar. Write anyway.
You keep the files
We do not ask you to delete anything, and we have no way to reach into your computer and remove a download. If the book was not for you but a card in it helps somebody else, pass it on.
Who actually sends the money
Payhip runs the checkout and Stripe or PayPal moves the money. Only we can issue your refund — Payhip does not process them on a seller's behalf, so writing to them will only send you back to us. One email to hello@stillambitious.shop is the fastest route, and the only one that works.
The refund returns by the same route as the charge and appears on your statement the way the charge did. If the line on your statement does not look like our name, that is the payment processor's wording, not a different company.
The free edition
The Pocket 100 is free and always will be. There is nothing to refund, and nothing you owe. If a card in it is wrong, tell us and we will fix it for everyone.
A charge you do not recognise. Write to us with the date and the amount and we will find it and cancel it. Please do not send us any part of your card number — we never need it, and no honest business will ask you for it by email. A refund can only go back to the card that paid.
